Nagorno Karabakh Faces Humanitarian Disaster, Regardless of Negotiations

The primary truckload of Russian humanitarian support has arrived this week within the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan, though Armenian authorities, activists and residents say that Azerbaijani troops proceed to dam entry from Armenia.
